NS Walks · Trail Tally is an independent fan-made tracker for the official NS Wandelingen. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by NS (Nederlandse Spoorwegen). All route information is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

Acceptable use

• Use the Service for your personal walking progress only.
• Don't attempt to disrupt the Service, access other users' data, or scrape the database at scale.
• Don't upload notes or photos that are illegal, infringing, or harmful to others.

Walking safely is your responsibility

Route data is provided "as is". Trail conditions, signposting, public transport timetables and weather change over time. Always check the official NS Wandelingen materials, plan responsibly, and use your own judgement on the ground. We accept no liability for any loss, injury or inconvenience that may result from using the Service.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password safe. You can delete your account at any time from the Account page, and we may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms over time. Material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
