Bilthoven → Utrecht Centraal
From the Kees Boekeschool, where Princess Beatrix and her sisters attended, to the Dom in the heart of Utrecht. Along the way, the scenery is just as varied, as you walk along wide beech avenues, pass country estate Beukenburg and the Hooge Kampse Plas. Always with a view of the Dom.

Description
The route passes the famous Kees Boekeschool, where the Orange princesses were also educated, and then into the forest. De Leyen is a forest area with wide beech avenues. Het Verloren Kerkhof is a small monument in memory of tramps and people in hiding from the Second World War.
After country estate Beukenburg, you walk along the Hooge Kampse Plas, formed by sand extraction. After Voordorp, you quickly reach the city limits of Utrecht. Via the Maliebaan, you go to Maliebrug. Here you have a choice of two beautiful routes to the station: via green canals and parks or through the historic city center. A surprising route with a distant view of the Dom.
